Equipment
The performance of high quality industrial cleaning and coating services is capital intensive, requiring the use of a broad range of motor
vehicles and sophisticated equipment, including vacuum trucks, sewer jetters, street sweepers, pick-up trucks, high pressure water blasters
(0-10,000 psi), and hydroblasters (40,000 psi).

This equipment is expensive, with the average vacuum truck or street sweeper costing $200,000,
and the average sewer jetter costing $100,000. As highlighted in the table below, K2 has over 2,500 pieces of equipment located across the
country, allowing it to compete more effectively against smaller, regional players who lack the financial resources to make substantial and
recurring investments in new equipment. Many regional competitors typically have a total fleet of only five to twenty-five pieces of cleaning
and/or coating equipment, limiting their ability to provide the same level of customer responsiveness and technical capabilities.

In addition to its extensive equipment, K2 makes ongoing investments in the latest industrial cleaning and coating technologies as they become
available on the market. Investments in high technology equipment provide K2 with a competitive advantage because the new equipment typically
has improved safety characteristics, and enhanced performance/quality characteristics. Following are two examples of K2's recent investments in
high technology equipment, and the advantages that are realized by the Company when compared to more traditional methods of performing the same
service.
K2 utilizes the Idro-Jet, a unique, hydraulically driven, trailer mounted tube lancer from Italy that cleans up to eight heat exchanger tubes
simultaneously. Most other cleaning contractors use single hand-lancers that only allow for the cleaning of one heat exchanger tube at any given
moment.

For the removal of lead-based paint from large petrochemical storage tanks, K2 utilizes the Hydro-Cat, a highly advanced blasting and vacuuming
machine that robotically climbs up and down the sides of tanks, performing 100% of the removal of lead based paint while simultaneously vacuuming
all paint chips and debris into an enclosed vacuum tube. The Hydro-Cat deposits all waste material into nearby collection boxes for ease of
disposal without exposing the environment to any potentially hazardous materials. To perform similar work, most other coating contractors have
to erect large, expensive containment enclosures around the tanks and hang employees out of spider baskets who attempt to remove the paint through
sandblasting techniques. This procedure is much more dangerous for employees and more time intensive.
